Vacuum System Design, training, and
Consultation. Utilizing over four decades of experience in Vacuum System and
Component design, our staff is very well versed in the many different areas
of high vacuum systems. We can and will do as much or as little of the work
that you require to get your process up and running. Please consider the
following questions when you’re ready to build your system:

What is the desired ultimate pressure of the
system

What type(s) of gases are used in the process

What are the cycle times of the process

Helium Leak Testing. We feel that this is the
most important step in any high vacuum process. In order to insure the
integrity of your high vacuum chamber as well as the purity of your
processes operating under high vacuum, a leak tight chamber is PARAMOUNT. We
take leak detection very seriously and we are very good at both identifying
leaks and repairing the leaks that are found! We offer the following leak
detection services:

On site or in shop system or component leak
detection and repair of leaks
o
Helium leak detection training courses
o
Helium leak detector service and repair (on
site or in shop)
LABOR RATE
In
House $125.00
Field Service $145.00 plus $75.00 per hr Travel Time
